Whilst the risk of an outbreak of the Ebola virus in the UK remains low, in response to an enquiry by the NAFD the Department of Health has provided advice for funeral directors in the event that they are asked to handle a deceased person known to have had Ebola (a Viral Haemorrhagic Fever).
